  • Up to 98% efficiency
    The Field-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm with reduced switching loss mode minimizes energy lost to power MOSFET heating. As a result, the battery delivers more useful work and drains slower under identical loads.
  • Phase short-circuit protection
    In the event of a phase-to-phase short circuit, the controller will detect the anomaly and shut down the output stage. Wiring faults are prevented at the hardware level.
  • Sleep current less than 300 µA
    When powered off, the controller consumes minimal energy. Your bike can sit for weeks without recharging, while the battery maintains its charge level.
  • Regenerative braking with battery charging
    During deceleration, the controller converts kinetic energy into electricity and feeds it back into the battery. This extends your range by 5−15% depending on the terrain, while brake pads wear out 2 to 3 times slower.
  • Motor and controller thermal management
    Temperature sensors monitor motor windings and the controller heatsink in real time. Upon reaching critical values, the system smoothly reduces power, protecting components from overheating during long climbs and in hot weather.
  • Hardware-level overcurrent and short-circuit protection
    Built-in circuitry shuts down the controller in the event of overcurrent or a phase wire short circuit. The electronics react within microseconds, preventing power MOSFET burnout.
